Freaky Friday

A little bit of science, a little bit of innovation - a whole lot of FUN ADVENTURES! Class activities will take into consideration student interest and local harbor conditions. The ocean is always a great learning muse.

 

Young students dive into scientific topics, hands-on innovative engineering, and all-out fun outdoor activities. A combination of demonstrations, projects, independent exploration, and unique experiments exposes students to a variety of basic scientific concepts in a fun and engaging way. From microscopes, to building structures made out of local materials, to investigating what lives in our local harbors, the flexiblity of this class allows for a wide variety of student interests!

Fridays — 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Grade Guidelines: K to 2nd
Cost: $250 for the four-week session - Drop-in prices $70 per class.
