STEM Sailing

The sailing fun continues in Marina Del Rey with two learning formats — individual dinghy and group keelboat classes.

Dinghy Sailing - Students learn the art of dinghy sailing as they take the helm of their own boat from day one. As students' skills advance, they can master a range of boats. Once they have achieved proficiency, the young sailors can join open sailing sessions on Thursday/Friday afternoons (4:00 PM to 6:30 PM - $25 per session) and Saturdays (12:00 PM to 3:00 PM - $30 per session) to fully immerse themselves in the small boat experience.

Group Sailing - Enroll your child in an exhilarating group learning experience focused on the exciting world of keelboats. Students explore the art of sailing on a fleet of Capri 22’s through hands-on practice and collaborative teamwork. By nurturing fundamental skills and techniques, this class presents a comprehensive and engaging opportunity for your young sailor to excel in the realm of keelboat sailing.
