#WEgoH2O - Discover our Waterfront Education (WE) enrichment programs which provide unique STEM* and STEAM** educational experiences on the marine environment and conservation. Our classes foster innovation and a creative approach to technology while utilizing our local ocean waters as a natural classroom. Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) are emphasized while creating memorable hands on learning adventures designed to spark the imagination and create a lifelong curiosity and love of the ocean.

Pink Power Sailing
Sunday - August 13th
12:00 pm to Sunset
Girls, Girls, Girls!
Come join us the second Sunday of every month for a day of sailing and BBQ-ing. Get out on the ocean and experience the joy of sailing, interact with nature and hang out. Girls will be at the helm and running the show. The BBQ will be going all afternoon so bring something to grill and other yummy munchies to share. We'll have some fun land side games to keep things festive. You do not need to know how to sail to participate. Open to all ages.

Sunday - July 23rd
12:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Kayaking is a healthy and fun way to spend time together. Our excursions are led by knowledgeable marine science discovery leaders. King Harbor has a plethora of marine life to discover and engage with. Enjoy spending time on the water and connecting with nature.
Ocean Shark Excursion
Monday - August 28th
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
There's nothing like seeing sharks in the wild! Join our expert team of shark spotters to learn about our local sharks and their importance in the ocean. We'll be on the water going to locations nearby that are known for frequent shark sightings. This excursion is a fun, safe, secure way to learn and observe sharks!

Catalina Island - Overnight
September 27th - 29th
Join us for a Catalina Island Adventure.
Our discovery leaders have planned a fun filled 3 day / 2 night excursion to our local island get away. So much to do and see as we extend nature's classroom across the channel. This excursion is designed for middle and high schoolers. The facility is large enough that we will dividing participants into age appropriate groups for activities. [more information]
