Students discover the world around them as they explore our local harbor waters and beaches. Specimens are examined through microscopes and experiments conducted while making scientific observations. A craft is incorporated every class that relates to the learning theme for the day. Topics to be explored may include plankton, weights and measures, bubbles, habitats, winds and tides, survival strategies for predator vs. prey, deep ocean etc.

Cost: $260 for six weeks / $50.00 drop-in
Spring 2019 Session One - February 4th - March 11th
Spring 2019 Session Two - March 18th - April 29th (no class April 15th for Spring Break)
What to bring/wear: layered clothing, closed toed shoes and an individual snack
Enrollment: minimum of 6 students per class / maximum of 12 students
Note: If you will be using a school voucher for class payment you can still register your child using our system.
Bathroom Policy: All students must be able to go to the bathroom by themselves.
