Q. Is there an admission charge?
A.  No. Sea Fair is a free event. All costs for the event are paid through sponsorships and donations.

Q. Who should attend?
A.  Everyone.  This is a family-friendly event with activities for all ages.

Q. Are dogs allowed?
A.  Yes and No. Dogs are not allowed on the King Harbor Yacht Club premises. They are permitted in other areas of the event.

Q. Where do I park and is it free?
A. While there is some limited paid parking available in King Harbor Marina, we suggest using the free, designated event parking at the AES power plant located at Harbor Drive and Yacht Club Way.  Reduced parking is also available at the Redondo Beach Marina parking lot on Harbor Drive. A free open air trolley shuttle will be running continuously throughout the day with stops all along the event route.

Q. What is the schedule of activities & attractions?
A. We are working on a final schedule. Check back as the event draws near.

Q. Are food & drinks available?
A. Yes. The King Harbor Yacht Club and Redondo Beach Yacht Club galleys will be open during event hours. In addition food trucks will be located by Tarsan and Spectrum. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.

Q. Do I need to bring a life jacket?
A.  No. Life jackets are provided (loaned) for all the on-the-water activities such as the sailboat and outrigger canoe rides along with the stand up paddle board demos.

Q. Will there be activities for kids?
A. Yes. We have many free crafts to keep your little ones busy. Many other exhibits are hands on and feature fun learning environments. Severral types of boats rides are available as well.

Q. Do I need to be a yacht club member to attend?
A.  No. This event is open to the public.  King Harbor and Redondo Beach Yacht Clubs are event hosts.  Sea Fair is one of the only times during the year that their doors are open to the general public.
