Elite Foragists - a blend of a forager and herbalist.
Have you ever wondered what is that one plant you keep seeing on your hikes? How about what plants you can use to season food? Can I eat the plants I see in my lawn? We will answer those questions as well as many more.
This class is the best at being a forager and an herbalist...hence our name, the "Elite Foragist". Our students will learn ethical foraging, environmental herbalism and practical skills to take home to their own neighborhoods. During the fall we will be foraging and making edibles that can be used for holiday cooking or as great homemade gifts. Join us for a foraging hike or learn something new in one of our herbal workshops.
